Shipping policy

All prices shown on our website are FOB our head office, 244 Drumlin Circle, Vaughan, Ontario.  Shipping fees and tax is an additional cost to the customer in ALL cases.  

 Customers are permitted to pick-up equipment with their own delivery trucks.  The carrier will require straps to secure the freight during transport.  All equipment will need to be transported upright, we do not tip equipment on its’ side for any customer as this will cause damage to the compressor.   

 If customer requires Concord Store Equipment Inc. to provide delivery arrangements this can be done either by 3rd party transport company or by our trucks.  In either case shipping cost & expected ship date will be will be clearly shown on all correspondence. We can’t guarantee delivery dates as there may be circumstances beyond our control that may delay expected ship/delivery date.  We will always update customers to advise of any potential delays and manage expectations.

 Please be sure to thoroughly inspect all freight deliveries upon receipt. If you see or suspect any possible damages, clearly note it on the bill of loading before signing and contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any compensation for damages, this will be determined by the carrier.
